This post is about the need for members to join the board of directors. The success of KACM comes from the involvement of members. A successful organization needs to have both continuity and movement on the board. This is so that veteran board members can provide guidance and rotate off to give opportunities to others. And so that new members can learn the ropes, bring new ideas, and move along in the various roles.
Please let me or other board members know if you are interested in joining the board, have questions, or have feedback. Being part of municipal court has taught us that change is not bad, it can be good and necessary.
Thank you for being part of KACM and for continuing to be part of it as we make changes. We are 40 years old now, so change is due.
Sincerely,
Nicole
